3 STEPS

1. Get Register: Come by your nearest At Home Care Office (takes about 2 minutes) OR call 877-770-6642
2. Get a shot, Upload proof of vaccination. At Home Care will do it for you if needed.
3. Get paid: Receive $50 for each shot.

The National Minority Health Association has $11.1 Million Grant to pay for shots.
